had some lovely samples from the company and they were so lovely and kind when communicating. Even came with a nice little hand written note and some tea bags! great company.

Atrocious quality, terrible customer service, damaged on delivery, acknowledged by delivery staff, not answering emails. I am very suspicious of all the top reviews that pop up after what must be genuine 1 star (couldn't give any lower) reviews to try and dilute what is a truly poor manufacturer of sub standard and overly priced products. I wish I went to one of the High Street stores now.

Was planning to buy a sofa bed and got some samples. Packaging was great and good size samples were given, it even came with free tea! Unfortunately I did not place the order as I have found another one I prefer from elsewhere. But the great service has really left a good impression on me and I will definitely consider buying other furniture from here as I’m currently refurbishing my house. Thanks Willow and Hall!

It Is Not possible to give zero stars. Willow and Hall supplied goods knowing it was made from substandard materials.

The frame of the furniture failed, seating meant you collapsed into the middle, upon examination the wood had knots in the length of the support beam.
This material should have been rejected. However Willow and Hall " Chanced" that it would be ok, built the sofa hoping it would last 14 days !

When the failure was brought to their attention. The Company stance was ..It lasted 6 months!... our right to repair supersedes your right for a replacement or refund. We have a right to do what is in our best interest, irrespective of the customer wishes.

Having supplied goods not of satisfactory quality. Not lasting a reasonable length of time 5+ years. Willow and Hall would rather go down a legal route than accede to the customer wishes.

Willow and Hall are asking for a second chance.
There is no guarantee they will do a better job second time around.

Why should I trust them?

On the surface there is comforting marketing assurances. Quality, Reliability, Customer centred.

Underneath there is an, unyielding belligerence. The customer is not right when it comes to dealing with Willow and Hall.

Appledoe sofa bed delivered before Christmas. Was delivered with a broken leg so returned. Was fixed and re-delivered and within a week the leg has broken again. Await to see what will be done about it by Willow & Hall.

Update : Have asked for a refund in light of the faulty item and poor fix. Will have to wait how long it takes for them to collect the faulty item in order for its refund but not expecting it to be prompt looking at the other experiences and the fact the sofa was first ordered in October and only received end of January.

I have been looking for a sofa bed which will be comfortable and good looking as our main sofa and as an occasional guest bed. Really appreciate the samples and am still pondering which style to go for ! Would be so nice to compare different styles and to see them in different colours and sit in them - it’s a big purchase ! A showroom would be lovely

FROM MY PHONE CALL AND SUBSEQUENTLY CHOOSING EIGHT SAMPLES THE ARRIVAL WAS WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. THE PRESENTATION WAS EXCELLENT AND THE SIZE OF EACH COLOUR
OF MATERIAL WAS LARGE NOT A SKIMPY POSTAGE STAMP SAMPLE. A COLOUR WAS CHOSEN STRAIGHT AWAY AND OUR SOFA BED ORDERED. WE NOW AWAIT ARRIVAL.

I ordered a sofa bed without asking for a sample of the fabric. The good folk at Willow and Hall sent me a sample of the fabric I chose just to make sure I liked it and I do. It’s exactly how I imagined it texture and colour. Good to know there’s a company that check first to ensure you’re getting the product you want.

The samples arrived quickly and they were very nicely packed in a beautiful box with a lovely card. I am most impressed with Williow and Hall. You have been very helpful and friendly over the phone and your website is very informative and easy to use. It has been a delight to dealing with you. So much looking forward to receiving the sofas I have ordered.

Willow and Hall have been incredibly helpful in helping us decide on which fabric to use for our new Sofa-bed. Sending through samples quickly and giving advice over the phone.

The sample materials were very genuine and felt very premium and the added bonus of some teabag samples just added to the experience, definitely entices me to purchase from them and I would highly recommend anyone to do so as the customer treatment is exceptional.

I love Willow & Hall. I have a beautiful sofa bed and am in the process of ordering a bespoke customised sofa for my daughters new home. The samples arrived quickly with free luxury tea bags. Nothing is too much trouble. Sofas are perfect!

The whole experience was so simple. My velvet sofa bed is just gorgeous. I didn’t order a sample of fabric as I wanted the sofa before Christmas but they sent me one anyway just in case. It is very easy to pull down into a bed. Very smooth action. Good communication throughout the process. Much higher quality than anything I saw in shops. Would definitely recommend.

Samples arrived within a week, beautifully boxed.
Much better to see colours and feel fabrics in real-life.
(Also liked the humour in the samples of tea, to make the experience of choosing relaxing!)
